Synopsis

The character Truda Reinhardt is first introduced in the book The Wrong Side of Service as a teenage girl working in her parents' Bavarian Lodge in Patagonia, Argentina. Eddie Donevant (The Wrong Side of Horor and The Wrong Side of Badge) has a chance meeting with Mike Marshall (The Wrong: Side of Bravery and The Wrong Side of Justice) at the lodge where Marshall has been hiding out for the past twenty years under the name Otto Reinhardt. It is during this time that Truda learns the true identity of her father, about his past, and why he is in hiding.

The Secret Life of Truda begins with Truda attending college in Essen, Germany. She is a shy but serious college student sharing a small apartment with a German college girl. The girls meet with friends on the weekends for drinking and dancing and fun. In a clash of cultures, Arab refugees try to take advantage of young German girls and Truda reveals her fighting skills.

Truda often disappears on weekends without explanation. Her secret life reveals clandestine training and action on behalf of another country that quickly attracts the attention of intelligence agencies around Europe. She struggles to keep her separate identity a secret so that she can remain in college and complete her education.
