- • The Beacon zone is a bluetooth geo-marker which sends out an geo-marker identity number for a specific marked location. This is used for lending out free ebooks in specific zones in collaboration with partnering premises.
- • This beacon function will allows user that are in the beacon zone to get free eBooks by turning on the bluetooth and location function from their apps.
- • User will need to switch on both functions in order to start using this facility.
- • Once you have turned on both of the functions, you will received an in-app notification to start using them to borrow eBooks.
- • This beacon function will be collecting data of titles borrowed will be recorded for each beacon id.
