Based on the author’s son, ‘The Bouncing Soccer Ball’ tells the story of a young boy's love for the sport of soccer and the influence of one of his coaches. A Lakeland, Florida native, Gail Briggs Nolen spends the summers in the mountains of western North Carolina, and winters in Florida. She volunteers with historical and heritage organizations while researching family history. Gail is also the author of ‘Johnny, My Favorite Mouse’ and ‘Memories of Merritt Island: Birthplace of Kennedy Space Center.’ She enjoys reading, researching, walking, and spending time with family.
