We read for many different reasons. For Inspiration or encouragement. To_x000D_ make us laugh or at least chuckle. To reminisce about family or friends._x000D_ I have tried to do all of it in this book of poetry. The following are excerpts_x000D_ from poems in all three categories._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Inspirational or Encouragement:_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Three Days_x000D_ _x000D_ So whatever your problems you think you can bare._x000D_ You are not the only one who's ever been there._x000D_ If you think you can't take your life anymore._x000D_ Just give it three days to settle the score._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ On the lighter side:_x000D_ _x000D_ Southern Lady_x000D_ _x000D_ My daddy taught me from the time he let me start to date._x000D_ Daughter never leave this house without your thirty eight._x000D_ Now I never had to use that gun or even pull it out._x000D_ But anyone I dated knew I would without a doubt._x000D_ _x000D_ Family and Friends:_x000D_ _x000D_ Almost a Sister_x000D_ _x000D_ Now our children have kids of their own._x000D_ I would bet their wild oates were sown._x000D_ So now we are old but it isn't too late._x000D_ If you're ready to sow we'll make it a date.
