To meet the demands for high performance pavements, polymer-modified asphalt binder (PMB) had been introduced to the industry in so many studies for over 40 years ago. In order to lower the production temperatures, the introduction of warm mix asphalt (WMA) technologies leads to substantial environmental improvements by lowering the greenhouse gas emission. This book will explore why the combination of these two has the potential for application.
