It's 2036, and America is on the brink of civil war.
The democratic incumbent President, a radical socialist from California named Isaac Wolfe, is running for a third term. If elected, he will become Czar for life—dismantling our constitution and turning our republic into a dictatorship in his quest to create a utopia. His opponent, the current Republican governor from Texas, the freedom-loving patriot Jim Taylor, will go to any length to stop him in this power struggle.
At its core, this battle is about defending our republic and preserving the timeless ideals of liberty. The narrative echoes an enduring call for freedom—a call that champions individual rights and upholds the values upon which our nation was founded. Channeling a spirit reminiscent of the Reagan era, Taylor's fight to restore our nation's promise embodies the enduring optimism and resolute common sense that once guided our leaders and inspired a generation.
Will Jim Taylor come out on top and save our beloved republic, or will Isaac Wolfe turn America into a communist nation in his ambition of creating Utopia, in this political thriller, political drama, political fiction…?
This book is the first of a three-part series. Although it was written during the 2012 election cycle, it is more relevant now than ever. The United States is a divided country that appears to be headed towards a civil war. However, if we can put aside our preconceived ideologies and work to understand each other—how and why we think as we do—we can change our tolerances and work together to heal our nation and move us forward beyond what our founding fathers ever imagined. The future is ours to grasp, and the events in this book do not have to happen. For instance, in the years since this was written, the dynamics of the Miami area have changed. Nothing is written in stone; we can still work together to build a better future for the United States and the world, one understanding thought at a time.
