Atlas of Common Parasites in Scavenging Chickens in Penang, Malaysia aims to provide an up-to-date checklist of the most common parasites found in chickens, particularly scavenging chicken or also known as ayam kampong in Malaysia. Each image in the atlas is the work of an expert who actively engaged in veterinary parasitology research. This new full-colour atlas contains 10 ectoparasites and 16 endoparasites recovered from scavenging chickens in Malaysia. This atlas provides a brief description of the parasites, including the measurement as well as their general morphological features. It will be invaluable as a bench manual for veterinarians, parasitologists and all those who are concerned with parasitic infections in poultry to have it by the microscope in order to facilitate the identification process.
