The Malaysian government is very much aware of the importance of mastering English and how critical the situation is. It has taken several steps for years to arrest the problem of English proficiency. Malaysian government has also put forth a lot of efforts in implementing pedagogical changes in the education syllabus specifically to achieve its aspiration in increasing the use of information communication and technology (ICT) in the educational system. Thus, this publication is based on a research done by the authors using a unique approach to help students to master and utilize English as a communication tool in their studies and careers later on. Let’s Talk and Let’s Go Global an English language programme initiated by Associate Professor Dr. Noraien Mansor from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu had revealed great impacts on students’ speaking skills. It aids the students in enhancing their communication skills through various communicative activities and various mode of learning.
