The Gospel according to Esther is a book that explains the gospel of Jesus Christ from within the old testament book of Esther. In it we find illustrations and examples that give us a better understanding of the gospel message. The story of how the people of God found themselves in a state of condemnation because of the wickedness of one man Haman, and how the people of God were delivered by the grace of God through the intercession of the queen and the wits of her cousin Mordecai. Many doctrines taught in the new testament are seen within the pages of this old testament story, Election, The Sovereignty of God, Perseverance of the Saints, they are all illustrated and typified in the story of Esther and Mordecai. We can see Christ, The Holy Spirit, God, the Trinity are all made known in the book of Esther to fulfill what the Lord Jesus said to his disciples that one time, that of Him spoke the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms.
