This book is the product of a concerted effort by faculty members of the newly established Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. As vicegerents of God on this earth, it is the inherent duty of humankind to ensure this planet called home earth be protected for the future generations. Managing the earth's limited resources through proper policies and technology is an effort towards this cause.
