Handling the real event
by David Evans on June 20, 2015

It is rare to come across a book that presents an analysis of real events in such a coherent and positive way. The difficulties Malaysian airlines faced are addressed by two crisis communications professionals resulting in a book which is a must read for all students and practitioners of crisis management. If your organisation is ever faced with a crisis this is one book you will have wished you had read.
