I've always enjoyed solving problems, but people problems are a lot like a big mud hole. No matter which way you approach it, it's still a mud hole. I believed there had to be a way to solve people problems that would leave me in control of my life. When I finally discovered the answer it was so obvious and so much fun to use, it was incredible. It has changed my life completely. I believe it can do the same for you. Of course, you won't win every time, but resolving nine out of ten encounters without a scratch is a lot better than getting beat up every time.
