It is impossible to think outside your vocabulary. So what happens when your vocabulary is wrong? Crabgrass and Oaktrees is a book about how we have viewed the Church, the language we use, the way we live it, and the change we need. Perhaps the church shouldn't be seen as a giant, majestic, Oak Tree but instead it should look more like despised Crabgrass.
